Brazil Cerrado Mineiro
Região do Cerrado Mineiro was the first coffee region in Brazil to receive a designation of origin. It is a subsection of Brazil’s vast Cerrado, a tropical savanna covering over two million square kilometers (789,604 square miles), from Minas Gerais in the south to Tocantins in the north and Minas Gerais in the east. Although Região do Cerrado Mineiro is located entirely within the state of Minas Gerais, it is still huge, with more than 210,000 hectares (more than half a million acres) of coffee production spread across 55 municipalities. Almost half of this land has some form of environmental and social certification. With over 4,500 coffee producers, the region produces an average of five million bags of coffee per year.
The climate of Cerrado Mineiro is ideal for coffee production, with warm, humid summers and cool, dry winters. Although altitudes in the region range from 800 to 1,300 meters above sea level, Cerrado is known for its flat topography, which facilitates mechanical harvesting and larger-scale farming.

Rwanda Muhari
The Muhari washing station is located in the western province of Rwanda in Kanoga village, at an altitude of 1570 m above sea level. Its location is very advantageous due to an alignment with the Lake Kivu belt.
Coffee in Rusizi is processed with great care to preserve its natural characteristics which means that green beans are of high quality. As a result, a balance between acidity, sweetness and bitterness is well preserved, and the final taste is smooth and round.
Plantations of 216 farmers cooperating with the Muhari washing station are located in a belt between Lake Kivu and an untouched tropical Nyungwe rainforest sharing a border with a national park.
The unique location and climate conditions in the area contribute to the unusual flavor profiles of coffees processed at the Rusizi station.

El Salvador Las Delicias
Originally, Bourbon was planted here in the 1960s. Now, Las Delicias farm is managed by Mauricio Escalon and his son Carmen. They are constantly concerned about sustainability of their crop by living in harmony not only with their employees but also with nature and wildlife. All this results in excellent quality beans.
Finca Las Delicias won the 2011 Cup of Excellence and a mark of excellence in 2012 and 2017 – by paying close attention to the quality and sustainability of their plantation. Las Delicias is a showcase of modern coffee plantation management and its owners are setting the stage for high quality coffees.

Nicaragua Los Pinos
Sourced from a nature reserve in the high mountains of Matagalpa, this organic coffee has been produced since 1986 by the Corrales family, following standards of natural resources conservation in the region. Based on family knowledge passed from generation to generation, cultivation of beans at Los Pinos provides a coffee with a strong body and sweet flavors.
Natural processing adds strong accents of cherry and cocoa.
We roast our beans to the OMNI ROAST profile which means you can brew them with an espresso machine, moka pot, in a V60, or a filter coffee machine.
